Staff
Riverine Plains Inc employs a number of specialist staff to administer the group and assist the committee where required.

Fiona is the group’s Executive Officer and enjoys working across all elements of the organisation. Fiona has a sound understanding of the membership and enjoys assisting the Committee to fulfil its strategic and governance roles while managing the day to day operations of the Association.

Cassie is the Research Coordinator for Riverine Plains Inc. Cassie oversees the Riverine Plains Research program and manages the development of new research projects and the delivery of the current research portfolio.

As Project Officer, Jane will work across a portfolio of research, development and extension projects, including the Australian Cool Farm Initiative and projects on managing subsoil acidity and soil health.
Jane has a background in surface water modelling and gully erosion research and brings strong mapping and computing skills to the team.

Kate provides financial and project management services for Riverine Plains. Kate has a background in farm budgeting and profitability, and has worked as an agricultural consultant in the Riverine Plains region. Kate has an interest in water use efficiency and whole farm economics.

Michelle is the editor of the Newsletter and Grower Bulletin. She also produces media releases and generates other written content for Riverine Plains Inc. Michelle has a background in grains extension and agricultural writing.
