WORK WITH US

We're always interested in hearing from passionate people who have something to contribute. Why not join our team and make a meaningful impact on Australian agriculture?

OUR ORGANISATION

Riverine Plains was established in 1999 as an independent farming systems group dedicated to improving the productivity of mixed farming systems in northeast Victoria and southern New South Wales.

Our organisation has a productive, passionate and well-balanced team. One of the secrets to our success is our culture. We’re focused on achieving outcomes and delivering high-quality results to all members and project partners. We have a strong mentoring ethic and a focus on building capacity in our team to progress in their careers.

Our focus as an organisation is on providing independent, timely and relevant information to our members through a rigorous research program and annual schedule of events and publications. We do this by having a balanced portfolio of projects and a highly engaged and valuable partnership base.

Looking for a career in agriculture?

If you join our team, you can make a meaningful impact on Australian agriculture by helping farmers thrive and adapt to changing conditions in the Riverine Plains and across global food supply chains. You can also help contribute to a more sustainable, prosperous and resilient farming community.

"There are clear deliverables, yet we believe in letting people work freely to deliver those and support where we can. We pride ourselves on how we work as a team, yet importantly, everyone can also work alone to complete their role."
