      OUR ORGANISATION

      Riverine Plains was established in 1999 as an independent farming systems group dedicated to improving the productivity of mixed farming systems in northeast Victoria and southern New South Wales.

      Our organisation has a productive, passionate and well-balanced team. One of the secrets to our success is our culture. We’re focused on achieving outcomes and delivering high-quality results to all members and project partners. We have a strong mentoring ethic and a focus on building capacity in our team to progress in their careers.

      Our focus as an organisation is on providing independent, timely and relevant information to our members through a rigorous research program and annual schedule of events and publications. We do this by having a balanced portfolio of projects and a highly engaged and valuable partnership base.

      Project management

      Senior Project Manager

      Riverine Plains is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager.

      The Senior Project Manager is a senior delivery and innovation role responsible for leading complex, high-value, multi-stakeholder projects and driving new investment into Riverine Plains.

      This role sits at the intersection of:

      • Project delivery excellence

      • Stakeholder leadership

      • Funding and investment growth

      The successful applicant will take ownership of some of Riverine Plains’ most significant programs and partnerships, while also playing a central role in shaping and securing future opportunities.

      This is a hands-on, high-accountability role requiring autonomy, strong judgement, and the ability to operate confidently with senior stakeholders.
