Add it to your calendars! The next instalment of the Riverine Plains Youth in Ag program, Cultivate & Connect will be held on Wednesday 3rd July 2024!
This event focuses on building connections with young people from across our region who are passionate about ag. Cultivate & Connect creates an opportunity to get curious and learn from experts in the industry.
What to expect on the day:
- Tour of Lawson Grains, Borambil site where we will be led by Lawson Grains Manager, Nick Ennis – see the latest innovative practices and learn about corporate farming as a business model
- Q&A panel session – there is a ‘no such thing as a silly question’ approach to the day
- Bus to Waterfront Pavilion, Urana – enjoy a delicious lunch
- Breakout sessions – attendees will participate in two small-group sessions, offering the chance to engage with industry leaders. Inquire, listen to their insights and experiences, create connections
